If you're in a different time zone, you can use this simple Time Zone Calculator https://dateful.com/time-zone-converter to determine the time for your time zone. • Delivery Time: You will receive an email with a zoom link to your Live Zoom session. Please visit https://www.zoom.com to download Zoom for free ahead of time to avoid any delays or issues. • Privacy Policy: Your personal Live Zoom session and the information exchanged between us is considered private and confidential. • Reading Time: Depending on the service purchased, the time for every Live Zoom session is capped. Due to time constraints, exceptions will not be made to lengthen a session beyond its time frame. A refund or credit will not be given for unused time. • Refund Policy: No Exchanges, No Returns, No Refunds, and No Credits. Please make sure that you provide as much detailed information as you can so that you can receive the most accurate session. In order to maintain a proper schedule, a Grace Period of 5 minutes will be granted for a late arrival. If you cancel or are a no-show a 50% refund will be issued.
